Pies Descalzos( Bare Feet ), this album is an official studio album of Shakira that was released in February 1996 worldwide. This album is the breakthrough of Shakira in which the two hit singles "Estoy Aquí" and "¿Dónde Estás Corazón?"  is  a success. And this album has sold over 5 million copies worldwide.

Donde Estan los  Ladrones? (Where are the Thieves), 
this album was released in  September of 1998. The album is one of  the most highest sold albums of Shakira worth 10 million copies was sold out. The two singles of the album  had won an award in Latin Grammy Award for Best Female Pop Vocal Performance and Best Female Rock Performance and it was also nominated in Grammy Awards last 1999 for Best Latin Rock Album.

Laundry Service ( Servicio de Lavanderia ), this album is the first bilingual album of Shakira and it was released on November 2001 by Epic Records.  The album gives a satisfying account to Shakira because  it won a dozen awards in Latin Grammy Award  as Best Short Form Music Video. Laundry Service album has the three hit  international  singles of Shakira,  Whenever, Wherever, Underneath Your Clothes, and Objection, that made a top hits in US Billboard Charts as well as in Colombia. As of now the album was still in the market and it was sold over 13 million copies worldwide.
